Production capacity in all widths and dimensions, sleeve change and recoating, maintenance and overhaul services, and the complete production of each part are provided under one roof.

Roller Types

NippolSpecial system for crown deflection control with the ability of controlling each zone individually.
S-RollWell known system for crown deflection control, swelling against the counter roller to create crown.
EngravedAbility to produce up to 6 meters as hot S-Roll for non-woven applications.
RubberWith the needed environmental parameters from the customer, we can produce special rubber recipes.
ExpanderAbility to produce for wet and dry environments with different diameters, lengths and polyurethane / rubber recipes. Repair and sleeve production is also possible.
Guiding RollersPolyurethane, rubber and chrome versions can be produced up to 6 meters and in desired diameters.
Flex-RollAbility to have constant homogeneous pressure with different ranges of pressure. Trusted system for pad squeezing and impregnation.
ClassicConventional calendering rollers with Polyamide, Cotton, Paper and Composite depending on the fabric.
