Swimming Roller – A Proven Solution for Calendering Process

Swimming Roller is a long-standing and widely adopted technology in the industry, has been specifically developed to operate under varying working pressures, making it an indispensable component for calender machines.

Designed to eliminate the edge–center–edge effect variation that can occur during the calendering process, the S-Roll system is a critical solution for manufacturers producing different types of fabrics and operating their calenders at diverse working pressure settings.

Different coating and sleeve type options (composite, rubber, polyamide) can be applied to the pipe of the Swimming Roller, imparting various characteristic properties to the fabric.
