Crush-Pro Coating Line Calender – Best Way to Increase Coating Quality
The Crush-Pro Coating Line Calender ensures that coated fabrics are compressed immediately after the coating process, allowing the coating to be homogeneously impregnated into the fabric. It can also be manufactured with integrated Swimming Roller and Nippol Roller technologies, enabling production with various coating types and different fabric structures while achieving flawless working pressure results.
Depending on customer requirements, the system can be equipped with a motor-driven inlet unit with tension control between the calender and the coating line, as well as an optional cooling unit featuring cooling rollers that rapidly cool the fabric immediately after the nip. This rapid cooling further enhances coating quality and overall process performance.
