With global water resources reaching critical levels, the Cold Pad Batch Machine has become a necessity in textile dyeing. Thanks to the integration of Swimming Roller and Flexible Roller technologies, it minimizes dyeing defects, eliminates edge–center shade variations, and ensures consistent fabric quality. Equipped with a high-tech dosing system that automatically transfers chemicals and dyes to the temperature- and level-controlled dye bath, it guarantees identical shade consistency from the start to the end of each batch.
